Symmetrix Management & Consulting Solutions, Inc, a 100% Liberian business recently established to provide consulting and management solutions to businesses within the borders of Liberia. We are looking for a passionate and punctual Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.


  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  • Liaise with stakeholders and clients to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications
  • Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate

  • Develop and manage client & agency relationships
  • Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizationsPreparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with external agencies to see them executed.

Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing and new customers

Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Managing Partner

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Management or a related field with at least Three (3) years of sales/marketing experience in a similar role

Skills & Abilities:

  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design & digital media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
